After you’ve got started by buying your web hosting and your domain name, you are going to need to install WordPress on your web hosting server.
(If you didn’t buy your domain at your web host, then you’ll also need to connect your domain to your hosting.)
There are several ways that you can install WordPress. You can try it manually, which isn’t too hard, but it does take a few steps–using FTP, making mySQL database, etc.
But there is an easier way. Now-a-days, there are quite a few “scripts” that will install WordPress with just a few clicks. I use HostGator for my hosting, so I use their QuickInstall script to install WP on my sites in a snap.
